AI Development

Custom AI software, built for how you actually work.

Our custom AI development services cover LLM and machine learning systems that automate complex work and take pressure off your team. We do not resell pre-built AI products. Every generative AI system is engineered around your workflows, your data and your constraints.

Our AI Development Services

Five things we build.

Most AI development projects are one of these: AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, AI integration and automation, or computer vision. A few are two of them wired together, which is usually where the interesting results come from.

How We Build

Four stages, and you can stop after any of them.

Nothing here requires you to commit to a full build before you know what the build actually is.

01

Free consultation

We talk through the problem and what a good outcome looks like. If AI is the wrong tool, this is where we say so.

02

Paid scoping

We define the problem properly: data, integration requirements, security and privacy constraints, failure modes, cost. The fee is credited toward development.

03

Design and deployment

Our engineers build the system, from model work through to application design and deployment into your environment.

04

Ongoing support

Optional maintenance to keep the system secure and reliable as models, data and your business change around it.

Our Work

AI development projects we have shipped.

Every number on these pages comes from a system running in production.

What Teams Say

Hear from the teams we work with.

“We needed a voice agent that could actually qualify leads, not a chatbot pretending to be one. The team shipped a sub-700ms pipeline in 6 weeks. It now handles 5k calls a day.”
Priya RajHead of Growth, Ninjatech
“What sold us was their willingness to put AI engineers and product designers on the same call. We got working prototypes by week two and a production rollout in three months.”
James ThorntonCTO, Allindex
“AGI designed a CRM system tailored to our client management process. It is intuitive, reliable, and has centralized all our communication and history in one dashboard. This has greatly improved client retention.”
Carlos MendesProduct Manager, Qilinlab
Common Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you sell an AI product we can license?

No. Everything we build is scoped against how your organisation actually works. If an off-the-shelf product would genuinely solve your problem, we will tell you which one and save you the build.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. We scope data handling and security constraints during the paid scoping phase, before any code is written, and we do not train external models on your content.

Why is scoping a paid phase?

Because doing it properly takes real engineering time: mapping data, integrations, security constraints and failure modes. The fee is credited toward the build, so if you proceed it costs you nothing extra, and if you do not, you still own the specification.

Can you work with our existing engineering team?

Regularly. Some clients want a system delivered and handed over; others want us alongside their own engineers. If the latter is a long-term arrangement, AI Transformation is usually the better fit.

How much does AI development cost?

It depends on scope, but these are the ranges we quote from projects we scope every week: a RAG support chatbot runs $4,000 to $12,500, a tool-using AI agent $7,500 to $30,000, a voice agent $10,000 to $35,000, and a computer vision system $12,500 to $50,000 and up. A one to two week paid discovery phase is what turns a range into a fixed-price quote. We break the variables down in AI development cost in 2026.
