Common questions.

How fast can you start?
Most projects start within 1–2 weeks of signed scope. For urgent or short-cycle work (1–4 weeks), we can usually start within days. The discovery call → scope → start handoff is the part we optimize hardest.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes, half our clients are. We translate vague product instincts into concrete scope, run light discovery, and ship a clickable prototype in week one so you can see what you're paying for before you've paid for it.
What's the typical engagement model?
Fixed-scope sprints (2–12 weeks) for well-defined projects, or monthly retainer for ongoing product engineering. Hourly is also possible for short consulting. We don't do open-ended T&M without a written scope.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. Send one over with your first email. We can also sign ours, or use a standard mutual NDA, whichever is faster for you.
Where are you based?
Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada is our head office, and our engineering base is in Ahmedabad, India. We're remote-first and accustomed to working with clients in any time zone.
Do you take equity-only deals?
Rarely, and only for projects we'd be excited about even without equity. We're an engineering studio, not a startup co-founder service. That said, if your idea is great and your stage is right, ask.
