AGI Software Solutions is an AI engineering studio with its registered office in Ahmedabad, India, working with clients across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and India. This policy covers this website and the personal information you share with us directly.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, role and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
• Usage information. Standard analytics about how this site is used, covering pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected through Google Analytics and PostHog.
• Correspondence. Records of our conversations with you, kept so we can pick up where we left off.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Client data in AI projects

Data you share with us during a project is handled under the engagement agreement covering that work, not this policy. As a matter of practice: we do not use client content to train external models, access is limited to the engineers working on your project, and data handling is scoped and agreed before any build begins.
